I cut these sleeves from new pieces of 10" PVC Schedule 40 pipe. Inner Diameter 9.976" Inner Circumference 31.341" Wall Thickness 0.365" Outer Diameter 10.75" Hardness 80 Shore D Weight 51 Ounces Each Sleeve Width 5" The most accurate way to measure a tire is by circumference. Wrap a fabric measuring tape (typically used for sewing) around the outside of the tire. Measure the tire twice, deflated and inflated. See photo with two tire measurements, 31.44" deflated and 32.5" inflated. The inner circumference of these sleeves is 31.341" which fits in between the two tire measurements (deflated & inflated).
