1950’s Acme cowboy boots size 8.5 D. Shorty black & turquoise eagle Inlay Rare!
This is a beautiful pair of 50’s boots some call thunderbird’s. Leather has been conditioned and is soft. Stacked heels with a shaft measuring around 9.75”. Typically shafts below 10” were considered peewee. Shorty would be the best description as true peewee’s came in around 8”. Attached is a mid 50’s advertisement showing the same eagle design that is on these boots. There has been several different eagle designs from the 40’s-60’s. You will have a hard time finding another pair in this condition. This color scheme and design is timeless.
