Seal upgrade kit w/Breach Seal for.Daisy Powerline 881 and Gen 1 Powerline 880 w/Clamp On Barrel Condition is «New». This custom kit completely reseals your Daisy Powerline 881 and Gen 1 Powerline 880 with the clamp-style barrels. It comes with a replacement for the breach seal which is available nowhere else…… The original Daisy part is shown on the right in the picture. The included part is on the left. ******I have recently seen this part used in early 922 rifles as well *********My kit replaces BOTH old style seal assemblies shown in the last photos. This kit contains the ORIGINAL Daisy the «Elastomer Spring» which is in need of replacement on virtually every 881 and 880 being resealed.*****Note: A bench vise, press, or 6″ C-clamp will be needed to compress this elastomer spring at assembly.****** This kit allows you to use the current Daisy chamber seal which is available from Daisy at a low cost. This kit also contains my wood assembly tool to make reassembly of your Daisy a breeze. «NOTE** The breach seal is NOT an Daisy OEM part. This is NOT available from Daisy.I have this seal in many rebuilds without a single failure. ****NOTE**** The white seal ring in the breech seal has been replaced with an O-ring. The O-ring is easier to install and achieves a more effective seal. Photos will be updated soon. ****UPDATE…This kit contains a Genuine Daisy Seal Kit******* Another NOTE:: Effective 6/26/24 The smallest O-ring will NOT be included. Daisy Old Style 880 Seal Upgrade Kit This kit uses the current Daisy seal technology and adapts to those older 880 platform guns. It is the new way to restore performance to those older Daisy 880,881,822,922, etc. airguns with the brass pump tube. (Even the real early steel tube ones as well.) This kit is guaranteed to perfectly replace the old design using the current style lip seal with no loss in pump efficiency.Pictures show the old and REAL old seal assemblies. My kit replaces BOTH old style seals. This COMPLETE kit includes: Seal adapter Seal O-ring Holder (Those are custom parts turned out of 6061 Aluminum) Seal Spring Daisy Seal Kit 169909-000 (Piston and pump head O-rings,chamber seal,foam wiper and exhaust valve O-ring) «Elastomer Spring* AND, Parts you will not find in other seal kits: Nylon Back-up Washer for the Foam Oil Wiper Wooden Assembly Tool **** NOTE**** Effective 9/08/2021 The small O-ring will only be included if requested.This is not part of the Daisy kit and is seldom, if ever, needed.
