Its micro-diameter (about half the surface area of larger diameter shafts) significantly reduces drag (friction) as the arrow slides through the target. This gives you an advantage when hunting big game. Reduced wind drift. Smaller surface area of the shaft reduces the effect of wind and side drift by almost 2 times. Therefore, the arrow’s stability in the flight is increased, and the accuracy of the shot is improved. Better balance. The insert is tapered and half recessed into the shaft with the other half outside, which ensures a near perfect FOC. To achieve perfect balance of the arrow, you don’t need to install a variety of weights. Use the standard aluminum insert to shoot at targets, and the brass insert for hunting.
