Bought 15+ years ago. Maintained pretty well. Used in maybe 5 games. Lubricated each time. Very light scuffing on plastics. Very light scuffing on one side of receiver (exactly as pictured) Everything functional, including windage/elevation knobs. Will paint (professionally) an ace of spades where the receiver is lightly scuffed, if you ask me to. No extra charge.
