Razor Crazy Cart 24 volt TO 36 VOLT OVERVOLT Upgraded Speed Controller

Once again Fast Scooters is out looking to make your scooter all it can be! This will only work in 36volts and is made for the smaller crazy cart once modded to 36volts from 24volt—the pedal connector has 3 pins not 5 because its internally bypassing pedal switch! You will need a 3rd battery put in series and a 36volt charger found here -Ebay item #– 131354719863or you can use a lithium battery and lithium charger under 42volts. Specifically for the smaller Razor Crazy Cart 24 volt version not for use on the Crazy Cart XL! But we also sell that one too. This is a overvolt controller that requires 36volts to run, You can use 2 20volt dewalt style batteries or ad a 3rd battery in series but it WILL NOT WORK IN 24 VOLT ANYMORE IT MUST HAVE 36VOLTS . Yes your existing motor will hold it and it will actually be really crazy so be carful! Take Note- our controller not only gives you more performance it also bypasses the main failure with the crazy cart which is the trigger switch in the foot pedal, your foot pedal will work just like it does now and if you think your pedal is bad, most likely my controller will fix the problem! Here is a simple plug n play overvolt speed controller that connects to your existing foot pedal but gives you the option to ad 36volt LED lights or 3 12v in series, taillights or headlight and we sell kits for that too! Fast scooters is known to make controllers to make your scooter faster and have more torque and this one does just that. You will notice more torque and a little more speed.

When you overvolt you gain 50% plus. How does a controller kit make a scooter faster? Answer- Most controllers are under-rated and under-volted. The controller in the E300 was rated at 250 watts,24 volts..If you check the stock controller it actually puts out 22.3 volts to the motor (remember the motor will run off 12 volts but just not at full power and will run up to 36volts-overvolted)..Our controller set-up puts out 25.6 volts to the motor at full throttle which is what most efficient hi quality controllers should do..The batteries at full charge put out 13.3-13.6 volts.. –This will be the last controller you have to replace– We are here to help and we even text!
